Well, not necessarily.
Say Angie/Jeff are final nominees, here's where I think the votes will go:
Angie: Jordan, Jerry,
Jeff: Pickle Head, Brian, Russell, Michele?
Even if Michele flips back and votes Angie, Memphis will break the tie for Jeff to go I think.
