Thursday is the Nomination Ceremony. I'd prefer if you waited till evening to post it. But if you have plans and won't be around, the afternoon will do. If you won't be around at all, leave the ceremony in your Diary Room and I'll post it for you.
For the nomination ceremony, start it out by addressing the house and giving your situation. Don't reveal who you're nominating, but feel free to drop as many clues as you like. Once that is out of the way, it's time to pull keys. Put them in any order you wish and leave two out. For the two houseguests you nominate, you may give a small address to each and explain why they're up. And that would wrap it up.
