Welcome to URTV9. This is the biggest cast I've ever had here and for good reason - we're back to school. Just like in Big Brother 11 and even Big Brother 10, we have a cast full of very different people from different age groups to different interests, political standings, personality and physical appearance. Take a look around you. If you're wondering about cliques, they will certainly take a role here in the Big Brother house. There will be a total of five cliques with 5 members each. But cliques need time to form so for now - we will hold off on that.
First things first, we have to decide who will be the new Class President. The Class President will receive several new things:
* Head of Household - guaranteed safety and the chance to nominate two people for eviction.
* Ability to form their own cabinet - an all-new clique hand picked by you.
* $200 for themselves & $150 for their cabinet.
* Their own private office - the HOH bedroom which all clique members have access to.
* Safety from slop.
Running for class president is completely optional and it's only necessary if you really want all of these things (you know you do ). If you do wish to run for Class President, here is what needs to be completed.
* Create your own campaign poster or flyer. Please don't make it page stretchingly huge.
* Represent a political party. You can choose an existing one but you're encouraged to create your own.
* Pick a color to represent your campaign. You cannot use blue, red, yellow, or green. You're encouraged to choose a unique color. Use one from here: LINK
* Write out a campaign speech explaining why you think you should be voted as Class President.
You will have 24 hours to complete this. You will be posting these in your Diary Rooms. Just like any other school presidential race, you can do this on your own or you can have help from other people. Once the deadline is up, I will post all of those who decided to run. At that time, everyone will begin to vote on who should be selected.
The person with the most votes will be declared Class President. At that time, I will reveal the cliques.
